   This member of the Iridaceae family was described by Robert Sweet. It is found in the western South Africa, growing in a well drained soil with some water and some sun. The bulbs will grow up to three centimetres in diameter, the whole plant will reach 30 centimetres in height. The flowers are yellow, brown and green.
