BOTANICAL GARDEN & ZOO: THAO CAM VIEN SAIGON |
| Other Gardens, Collections and Nurseries |
As a botanical garden, this is not one of "the big ones". However, along with the ZOO, it makes a nice break from the rest of the city. | |||||

The 14 hectares are dominated by the ZOO, which might not be modern, but do offers most of the animals quite some room. |
It was founded by JB
Louis Pierre, a famous French botanist in 1864 and opened the year
after. |
