   This member of the Euphorbiaceae family was described by Jacques Désiré Leandri in 1946. It is found in the Taolanaro Province, southern Madagascar, growing in a well drained soil with some water and some sun. The caudex can grow to three centimetres in diameter, the plant up to fifteen centimetres height. The flowers are greenish.
