This member of the Euphorbiaceae
family was given this name by Henri Ernest Baillion in 1887.
It is found on Madagascar, growing in well
drained soil with some water and lots of sun. The caudex can grow to
six centimetres in diameter, the plant to 25 centimetres height. The
flowers are greenish white
Strangely enough, the new name
Euphorbia subapoda is being used instead of the original
Euphorbia primulaefolia. |
