This member of the
Geraniaceae family was described by Nicolaus Joseph von
Jacquin. It is found in western south Namibia and northern west
South Africa, growing in grit or other well drained soil with little
water and lots of sun. The stem can grow to twelve centimetres in
diameter and 70 centimetres tall. The flowers are brownish-pink.
This is a
winter-grower. |
