Pancas and Pedra da Agulha in south-eastern Brazil, growing on rocks or in a well drained soil with
some water and lots of sun. The caudex can grow to seven centimetres in diameter, the entire plant
to 20 centimetres in height. The flowers are salmon with a crème pattern in the
throat.
The genera is named after Wilhelm
Sinning,1792–1874, a gardener of the Botanische Gärten der

resembles some Stapelia flowers.

the summer. |
