This member of the Araceae
family was given this name by W.L.A. Hetterscheid and Peter Charles Boyce
in 2000. It is found from the central tropical Africa through
southern Arabia and Asia throughout China. It is not picky, but will
prefer a well drained but rich soil with some water and little to
some sun. The usual single, hand shaped leaf grow to 80 centimetres

25 centimetres in diameter.
