     This member of the Apocynaceae family was given this name by  Johann Friedrich Klotzsch. It is found in Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, South Africa and Swaziland, growing in sandy or other well drained soil with some water and some to lots of sun. The flowers are from white to white and red.
