   This member of the Vitaceae family was given this name by Kaj Børge Vollesen in 1984. It is found in Kenya and Somalia, growing in a well drained soil with some water and lots of sun. The stem can grow up to twelve centimetres in diameter and reach a height of 60 centimetres. The flowers are greenish.
