This member of the Hyacinthaceae family was described by Lindl. & Paxt in 1851. Found in Natal province, South Africa. Easy with soil, water and sun. The onion grows to 5 centimetres the left to 20 centimetres. The flowers are green to white-crème. I stole mine in Dom Knieke (world largest bookshop), Moscow in 1984.

Could be a bit onion-like to be a caudiciform, but I have had it since 1984, and I like it! It's a fine small plant.
