Found this nice plant at

This member of the Euphorbiaceae
family was described by
Werner Rauh and
Razafindratsira in 1989.
It is found near Tulear in southern Madagascar, growing in grit or
other well drained soil with little water and lots of sun. The
caudex can grow to six centimetres in diameter, the branches will
reach for one meter. The flowers are yellow and green. |
