    This member of the Portulaceae family was given this name by Mark A. Hershkovitz in 1999. It is found in New South Walesand Queensland, Australia, growing in well drained soil with some water and some sun. The caudex can grow up to 2,5 centimetres in diameter, the whole plant can grow up to 20 centimetres. The flowers are white to pale pink.
