was given this name by Christian Gottfried Daniel Nees von Esenbeck in 1825. It is found in
south-eastern, growing in a well drained soil with some water and some sun. The caudex can grow to
ten centimetres in diameter, the entire plant
to 45 centimetres in height. The flowers are white to pale yellow with a greenish-white throat.
