This
member of the Portulacaceae family was described by U. Eggli in
1997. It is found on
Madagascar, growing in well-drained soil with lots of water and sun.
It is an one to two and a half meter heigh shrublets. The flowers are white
to pale pink (this is a female-plant), and it seems it
only can be reproduced by seeds.
