Suddenly, after several years, it started to have tentacles.

  

This member of the Cucurbitaceae family was described by Humbert in 1945. It's from Madagascar, where it lives on the mountain slopes. Rich soil, little water and not too much sun. The flowers are green-yellow. Can be reproduced both by cuttings and seeds.
